I had a hard time with this one because I haven’t read anything I would really consider truly fluffy since about June. But I did just read City of Bones and City of Ashes by Cassandra Clare and while they aren’t super fluffy, I don’t think they are super serious either.

What’s the most serious book you’ve read recently?

The first one I thought of was The Book of Negroes which deals with the slave trade, but I also read The Boy in the Striped Pajamas just before that one, which as many of you may know, deals with some pretty serious stuff too.
